Method of Application
Massage: Mix 5 drops into 10ml Base Oil or 10gm (2 teaspoons) Springfields Unscented Jojoba Cream for an uplifting massage.
Diffuser: Add 5 drops to a vaporiser or ultrasonic diffuser to help support the respiratory system.Â
