PPC Herbs Sinus – Plex 200ml, Herbal Remedy
To relieve symptoms of hayfever, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, common colds and flu.
Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine:
- to relieve symptoms of hayfever, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis
- as a decongestant and expectorant
- to soothe irritated tissues
- to relieve symptoms of common colds and flu
Duration of use
Six to eight weeks of continuous treatment, with breaks between treatments
Directions for use
Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.
Adults
5-10mL two or three times a day
Children
3-12 years: 1-5mL two or three times a day
Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.

Cautions
Contra-indicated with concomitant use of digoxin, diuretics, laxatives, cardiac glycosides anti-coagulant drugs, protease inhibitors, anti-hypertensive agents and potassium-depleting drugs.
Exercise caution taking Sinus Plex before/after surgery, if pregnant or lactating, or in diabetes. Safety during pregnancy and breast feeding has not been evaluated.
Ingredients
Each 5mL contains liquid extracts:
Eyebright herb, Euphrasia officinalis 1mL, equiv. dry 1g
Baical Skullcap root, Scutellaria baicalensis 500 microlitres, equiv. dry 500mg
Liquorice root, Glycyrrhiza glabra 1.25mL, equiv. dry 1.25g
Elder flower, Sambucus nigra 1mL, equiv. dry 1g
Garlic bulb, Allium sativum 200 microliters, equiv. fresh100mg
Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol, aniseed essential oil and peppermint essential oil
