Honest To Goodness Celtic Sea Salt 600g, Fine & Hand Harvested
Celtic Sea Salt comes from the salt marshes of the Peninsula of Guerande, Brittany in France. It is produced by natural evaporation of sea water under the combined effect of the sun and the wind.
Using ancient techniques the salt is then hand harvested in the shallow water and remains unwashed, unrefined and additive-free. The sea salt crystals are naturally dried and then ground into a fine salt.Â
The grey colour comes from the clay that is present in the ground of the marsh.
Celtic Sea Salt can be sprinkled on food as a delicate seasoning or used during cooking to enhance the flavour of the food. This fine sea salt is also suitable as table salt.
