Australian Organic BARLEYGRASS is dried using special Low Temperature Drying Technology, then milled with an advanced Fine-Pin Milling System to produce a smaller particle size to preserve potency and increase nutrient bioavailability – NO ‘flash-air drying’ at high temperatures is used in the production of Australian Organic BARLEYGRASS.

What is it?

What is the difference between 100% Australian Organic Barleygrass and imported Barleygrass Juice Powders?
These Barleygrass Juice Powder products can contain up to 25% maltodextrin. This is a combination of maltose and dextrin, both simple sugars.
The Australian and New Zealand food authority classifies maltodextrin as sugar.
The imported Barleygrass Juice Powder products contain approximately identical amounts of crude fibre as the 100% Australian Organic Barleygrass. However, the fibre in the Juice Powder products has been found to be from the cooked brown rice which has been added and does not contain all the nutrients that the whole, young leaf grasses contain in the comparable volume of fibre found within the young leaf shoots.
