The combination of spelt flour with oat flakes, sweetened with grain syrup creates a delicious basic dough. When you refine this with healthy cranberries, candied with apple concentrate, it becomes a delicious spelt stick. The cranberries go very well together with apple syrup, coconut and oat flakes.
