Hilde Hemmes Herbal’s 30 Tea Bags, Cold Rid
Oral Use
Active ingredients: Each 2.34 g teabag contains Elder Flower Black Dry (Sambucus nigra) 1.5 g and Lime Tree Flower Dry (Tilia cordata and / or Tilia platyphyllos and / or Tilia vulgaris) 336 mg.
Non-active ingredient: Each teabag also contains Rose Hip Dry (Rosa arvensis and / or Rosa caninaand / or Rosa villosa), a pleasant-tasting fruit, naturally high in vitamin C.
Indications: Cold-Rid contains Elder Flower Black and Lime Tree Flower which have been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to reduce excess mucous and relieve symptoms of the common cold. Elder Flower Black has also been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections.
Directions for use: Infuse 2 teabags (4.68 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for ten minutes before removing teabags. Adults only – drink 1 cup three times daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use.
